Open sweet jujube 10-November mature, small size, generally about 4cm. The fruit is green before ripening, gradually turning brown and finally red, with occasional green touches on the red skin. Despite its mini size, the flesh of the small sweet date is firm, crisp and sweet, and the core is smaller than the average date.
